Women in Business Awards 2025

Celebrating Orange County’s Women in Business

The Orange County Business Journal is proud to present the 31st Annual Women in Business Awards, honoring the vision, leadership, and achievements of extraordinary women across every sector of the business community. This year’s program will be held on Wednesday, October 15th, at the Irvine Marriott, bringing together leaders, colleagues, and community partners for a day of recognition and inspiration.

We are honored to welcome Annette Walker, President of City of Hope Orange County, as our keynote speaker. With her groundbreaking leadership in health care and community impact, Annette will set the stage for an unforgettable afternoon of inspiration and connection.

This year, 233 nominees from industries spanning finance, health care, technology, education, real estate, and beyond are recognized for their outstanding contributions and trailblazing spirit. These women exemplify innovation, resilience, and dedication to building a stronger Orange County.

Our program is made possible through the generous support of our sponsors. We extend our gratitude to Diamond Sponsor JP Morgan Chase; Platinum Sponsors City of Hope Orange County, Fifth Third Bank, Infinity Bank, Orange County Community Foundation, PNC Bank, US Bank, and Wells Fargo; Gold Sponsors Allergan Aesthetics and Providence; and Silver Sponsors CommerceWest Bank, Ingram Micro, and Marsh McLennan Agency.

The Women in Business Awards remain one of Orange County’s most celebrated traditions, highlighting the leaders shaping our business landscape today—and inspiring the leaders of tomorrow.
