Iva Chen, an airport restaurant and retail developer, owner, and operator, brings more than two decades of diverse professional experience, beginning her career with Deloitte before holding corporate finance roles at Nestlé, CBS Paramount, and Capital Group. In addition, she has worked in experiential marketing and events for multiple billion-dollar brands. Early in her career, Chen was a financial analyst at Los Angeles Universal Preschool where she learned the importance of early childhood development. Chen and her husband have two young children.
Sergio Andonian, president and CEO of Discount Tire & Service Centers, is expanding a family legacy driving strategic growth and diversification. Andonian serves on the board of the Tire Alliance Groupe and is an active member of YPO. He’s recognized for his ability to balance entrepreneurial growth with operational discipline. He and his wife have two young children.
