Casey McCracken is a partner in the Orange County office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and a member of the Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups. He also serves on the boards of the Orange County Constitutional Rights Foundation and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. He graduated Stanford Law School and holds B.S. and B.A. degrees also from Stanford University. McCracken lives in Irvine with his wife and two daughters.

Iman Movahed is a proven executive with over 20 years of experience in portfolio management, ESG, and business development. He’s a Senior Investment Advisor – Institutional Asset Management at PNC. Movahed earned an M.A. in economics from Boston University, and a B.A. in economics from UCLA, and M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management where he’s a guest lecturer. Movahed lives in Laguna Niguel with his wife and young son.

Carl Tong is a commercial banker, turned private banker, strategic investor, and restaurateur. He’s a Senior VP /Global Private Banker at Citi Private Bank. He recently co-founded Ojai Burger in Orange and is co-founder and managing partner of Miyabi Uni in Torrance. Tong is also a board member of the Asian Pacific Community Fund. He has a B.A. from UCI and lives in Irvine with his wife and two daughters.
