Buchanan Street Partners, a nationally recognized real estate investment management firm based in Newport Beach that focuses on making debt and equity investments in commercial and multifamily real estate, has announced the hiring of Bryce Lin.
Lin joined Buchanan Street as Vice President, Accounting and Reporting and is responsible for overseeing accounting, finance, and investor reporting for all of the firm’s investment platforms. Lin brings 20 years of financial and accounting experience, including 18 years in the commercial real estate industry. He previously worked at KBS Realty Advisors, a nationally recognized real estate investment advisory firm, where he oversaw all aspects of budgeting, forecasting and SEC reporting requirements for multiple REITs. He’s been involved in many strategic transactions including IPOs in the U.S., Singapore, and Israel.
Lin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant licensed in California. He is a Southern California native and is a proud father of two.
