LSL is proud to announce Lacy Willis, CPA, JD, CFE, CVA, and Justin Jensen, MBA, CPA, as the newest additions to the firm’s growing partnership group.

Willis joins LSL as a Partner in the firm’s Consulting & Advisory department, bringing with her nearly two decades of experience spanning public accounting, academia, and business consulting. Most recently, she served at Chapman University, where she was an Associate Professor of Accounting and the Director of the Masters of Science in Accounting program.
Willis is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). She also holds a Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and is a licensed attorney in the State of California.
Throughout her career, Willis has worked with privately held businesses across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, financial services, and professional services. Her work has included management advisory, forensic accounting, valuation, audits, and financial reporting. In 2020, she co-founded Willis Consulting & Accounting, Inc., where she continued advising business owners on bookkeeping, consulting, forensic, and valuation matters. At LSL, she will focus on building the firm’s Fractional CFO and outsourced accounting services and helping business owners and their accounting teams strengthen operations, solve complex challenges, and make confident, data-driven decisions.

Jensen joins LSL as a Partner in the firm’s Tax & Advisory department, based in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, where he serves clients with a strong focus on real estate. With a career rooted in complex real estate tax strategy, Jensen brings a unique blend of technical depth and entrepreneurial perspective to every engagement.
Jensen began his career serving privately held businesses, with a strong focus on real estate development and investment. He later held a senior tax leadership role within a large, multi-entity real estate organization, where he worked across residential and commercial rental properties, real estate development projects, hospitality operations, and venture entities.
In 2017, Jensen joined Morrison, Clark & Company CPAs, where he led the firm’s specialized tax services in Cost Segregation, R&D Credits, Opportunity Zones, and 1031 Exchanges. Following LSL’s acquisition of Morrison, Clark & Company CPAs, he became a Partner at LSL, continuing to guide real estate clients through sophisticated tax planning and compliance opportunities with the same hands-on, client-focused approach. He will focus on growing the firm’s Phoenix Metropolitan area client base.
“Welcoming Lacy and Justin to our partnership group reflects our continued commitment to leadership, expertise, and long-term growth,” says Bryan Gruber, LSL’s Managing Partner. “Their diverse backgrounds and deep industry knowledge strengthen our ability to serve clients with increasingly complex needs.”
