This year marks an important milestone for Sharpe Interior Systems, Inc. as we complete our company’s succession plan. We are proud to formally announce the appointment of Keith Costanzo and Fayez Zorob as Co-CEOs. Both will continue serving on the Sharpe Executive Committee, which has helped guide the company over the past three years, ensuring continuity, alignment, and consistent leadership across the organization.
This transition reflects the strength of the company and the belief that the most impactful leadership is rooted in collaboration, shared accountability, and a unified vision. Together, Costanzo and Zorob bring complementary strengths, deep industry knowledge, and a collective commitment to Sharpe’s future. Together they embody the values that have defined our company for nearly five decades.
Costanzo and Zorob have earned this role through years of proven leadership, strategic insight, and unwavering dedication to their employees and industry partners. Complementing their extensive industry experience, they each hold a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University and the University of California, Los Angeles, respectively, further strengthening the company’s strategic and financial foundation. Their expertise spans operations, financial stewardship, project delivery, business development, and relationship management, positioning Sharpe for sustained growth and long-term success.
