Nick Chapman has joined Lockton’s Irvine office as a Risk Solutions Producer. He brings 22 years’ experience driving business growth and delivering solutions for global organizations and fast-growth startups.
Most recently, Chapman was the enterprise sales director for Torch, where he built a team of world-class enterprise sales account executives to scale a high-growth HR tech startup. Prior to Torch, he was a top global enterprise executive at LinkedIn, supporting the largest and most complex global clients to develop, engage, and retain their talent.
While at Gartner, Chapman led strategic account planning and deployment of critical and transformative future state technologies and technology initiatives, with a concentration in defining how technology will impact the delivery of corporate objectives, competitive advantage, and business model effectiveness. Chapman has also helped scale two Silicon Valley-backed startups to successful exits.
With Lockton, Chapman will help clients navigate the intricacies of emerging technology, risk management, and talent strategy as their organizations undergo rapid change and digital transformation.
