CAPATA is pleased to announce the addition of Manny M. Trelles, CPA, MBA, MBT, MSIST as Partner. With more than 30 years of experience, Trelles brings extensive expertise in tax advisory, transaction structuring, and strategic planning for real estate investors, private equity funds, REITs, family offices, and closely held businesses.
Throughout his career, Trelles has advised domestic and international clients on complex transactions, partnership taxation, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and tax-efficient investment structures. Prior to joining CAPATA, he held leadership roles at national and international advisory firms, where he led real estate tax and advisory practices serving sophisticated investors, developers, and fund managers. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for a large family office and private real estate equity fund.
Known for his practical, business-focused approach, Trelles helps clients navigate complex tax matters, optimize transaction outcomes, and support long-term growth objectives. His addition further strengthens CAPATA’s commitment to delivering proactive tax planning, strategic business advisory services, and sophisticated transaction support to entrepreneurs, investors, and growing businesses throughout Southern California and beyond.
