Greg Helton has joined Direct Connection, a creative, full-service marketing firm based in La Verne, as the new Senior Strategic Account Manager. Helton, with over 20 years of expertise in non-profit and fundraising strategy, will leverage his deep experience to drive analytics, strategy, and sustainable growth solutions for the firm’s clients.

Direct Connection specializes in integrated services—including digital and offset printing, data management, mailing, and finishing—tailored for non-profits, government agencies, and businesses in education, healthcare, real estate, and finance. In his new role, Helton will focus on accelerating growth, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Before joining Direct Connection, Helton held key leadership positions in the non-profit sector, including Director of Annual Fund, Operations, and Donor Services at Olive Crest. His strategic expertise also extends to roles with the American Red Cross and San Diego Rescue Mission, where he honed skills in strategic planning, integrated direct marketing, and annual giving programs.

A graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Helton is enthusiastic about advancing Direct Connection’s mission. He describes the agency as the place “Where Print Meets Purpose,” and is excited to make a meaningful impact for its clients.
