Michael Bianchi, former Vice President/General Manager of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, has joined the Engel & Völkers Gestalt Group. Bianchi will serve as Regional President of Southern California, serving Orange, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Counties. Bianchi will fall under the leadership of Paul Benson, who operates more than 42 office locations including Engel & Völkers Yachting headquartered in Newport Beach.
With a family legacy steeped in real estate, Bianchi’s reputation and experience over the past two decades in Orange County and Maricopa County, Arizona has helped him broker over 12,000 transactions. In the past six years, his skills in dealmaking helped his previous company close nearly $10B in sales volume within Orange County.
