PEF Advisors welcomes Elaine Philis as SVP of Investor Relations. She brings more than 20 years of experience in investor relations and real estate capital markets to her role.
Philis has participated in more than $3 billion of capital raised for projects including comingled funds, and programmatic and individual joint ventures. She has also worked with myriad institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations and sovereign wealth funds.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut, she received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and an MBA in finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
