CONSTRUCTION
C.W. Driver Companies, a premier builder serving California since 1919, promotes two leaders within the Driver Special Project Group (Driver SPG), a subsidiary company focusing on tenant improvement, renovation, and new construction projects. Mike Sosa will serve as Vice President and Jared Dowdee will pursue the role of Senior Director of Operations.
Sosa has been with Driver SPG since 2012. Throughout his time, Sosa has demonstrated exceptional leadership by setting up every project for success from preconstruction to completion. His careful attention to detail ensures projects are finished on time, stay within budget, and meet design objectives.
Dowdee has also driven teams to success since joining the Driver SPG team in 2012. He leads the strategy for projects, ensuring each is delivered with sophistication and determination. Dowdee has a demonstrated history of risk mitigation related to project finances and project scheduling. He coordinates with management on daily operations, providing a comprehensive skillset for every building he works on.
