Buchanan Street Partners, a nationally recognized real estate investment management firm based in Newport Beach that focuses on making debt and equity investments in commercial and multifamily real estate, has announced the hiring of Stacia Hatfield.
Hatfield has joined Buchanan Street as a Senior Vice President Investor Relations and is responsible for growing Buchanan’s network of investment advisors/RIA’s, as well as assisting the Investor Relations team in servicing Buchanan’s broad base of investors, including investor reporting. Hatfield is a seasoned professional whose career has spanned over 20 years including consulting, sales, capital formation and investor relations for securities firms and alternative investment managers. Hatfield most recently worked at DeVoe & Company, an investment banking and consulting firm focused on RIAs, and The Carlyle Group, working in investor relations and capital formation for their private equity, private credit, and private real estate investment strategies. Â
Hatfield holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Business Administration Emphasis from UCLA. She resides in Oakland, California, where she is a busy mom with two daughters.
