Rene Olivo has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Skyline Construction. Since joining in 2020, Olivo has played a key role in strengthening the company’s operations as one of the largest and most sophisticated commercial interiors focused general contractors. During Olivo’s tenure, Skyline has grown to nearly $1 billion in annual revenue, expanded its portfolio into new markets, and delivered beautiful workplaces for AI and robotics companies, law firms, life science companies, healthcare institutions, and manufacturing providers.
With more than 30 years of experience, Olivo is recognized for his ability to scale operations, develop teams, and align strategy with execution. As COO, he will oversee construction operations for all nine offices nationally located throughout California, Washington, and Illinois. He will oversee key corporate functions, driving geographic expansion, implementing AI to support client’s decision making, developing future leaders, and ensuring Skyline continues to deliver the client experience that defines the brand.
