Buchanan Street Partners has announced that Mack Mower has been promoted to Vice President within the firm’s commercial real estate lending group.
Since joining Buchanan in January 2020, Mower has focused on originating bridge and construction loans for commercial and multifamily properties located throughout the Western U.S., as well as overseeing all aspects of asset management for his book of loans. Over this time Mower has successfully developed a strong network of relationships with key sponsors and brokers in the markets we cover, resulting in increased production volume in each of the past three years and a record year in 2022 by closing six loans totaling $178 million of commitments.
Mower’s team-oriented nature, high level of integrity and commitment to delivering positive results for the firm’s clients have made him an integral member of Buchanan’s lending group today and going forward.
