Ruba Awad-Moran, LEED AP, is an accomplished architectural and interior designer with 27+ years of experience. As Partner in AO’s Interiors studio, she leads a talented team, crafting innovative designs aligned with clients’ visions. Renowned for seamless collaboration, foresight, and adept management of design and budget, she shapes enduring spaces that inspire. Her notable projects include Starbucks Flagship stores at Downtown Disney in Anaheim, CA and Orlando, FL, and Ramsay’s Kitchen in Las Vegas, NV.
Paolo Leon, AIA, leverages over a decade of architectural expertise at AO, overseeing projects from design through construction. As a Partner in the Multifamily studio, his visionary leadership and pragmatic insight fosters collaboration and innovation. Beyond AO, he advocates for industry progress as President of AIA Orange County Chapter and Board member of AIA California Council. His notable projects include Alamo Street Apartments, the first multifamily podium development in Simi Valley, The Market Place Apartments in Irvine, and Residences at Rio 2100 in Tempe, AZ.
