Information Governance Solutions LLC in Irvine was bought by Boston-based records and information management services provider Access Corp. No terms were announced.
IGS’ main product is Virgo, said to simplify management and control of information retention and governance rules mandated by thousands of compliance and privacy regulations most companies must follow.
“Attorneys, paralegals and certified records managers use Virgo” for records management and compliance and to “improve their approach, become more efficient, and avoid security risk and regulatory fines,” IGS founder and CEO John Isaza said.
