HEALTHCARE
Urovant Sciences Ltd. (Nasdaq: UROV) plunged 23% to $10.75 and a $338 million market cap. The Irvine-based biopharmaceutical company went public today, selling 10 million shares priced at $14.
It’s a clinical-stage subsidiary of Basel, Switzerland-based Roivant Sciences Ltd. that’s developing therapies for urologic conditions.
