SALES

A family trust bought the 7,505-square-foot Landson Center at 24338 El Toro Road in Laguna Woods for $2.67 million. Marcus & Millichap represented both the family and the seller, Landson LP, in the transaction.

LA Pacifica Plaza LLC bought the 92,358-square-foot Western Center at 8251-8351 Garden Grove Blvd. in Garden Grove for $5.45 million. Marcus & Millichap represented both the buyer and the seller, Union Development.

F & F; Lake Forest Associated LLC bought the 25,954-square-foot Lake Forest Professional Center in Lake Forest for $3.72 million. Grubb & Ellis and Marcus & Millichap represented both F & F; and the seller in the transaction.

M & H; Realty Partners IV bought the 432,276-square-foot Mira Mesa Mall in Mira Mesa for $44.25 million. Grubb & Ellis represented both M & H; and the seller, the California Public Employees’ Retirement System.

A family trust bought the 9,804-square-foot Bayport Center at 2052 Newport Blvd. in Costa Mesa for $1.2 million. Marcus & Millichap represented both the trust and the seller, Somers Properties.

J.R. Saunders Trust bought a 35,392-square-foot office building at 2082 Business Center Drive in Irvine for $2.6 million. Hensley Realty represented the trust in the transaction. Collins Commercial Corp. represented the seller, Barrett Investments.

Miller Supply Inc. bought a 22,032-square-foot industrial building at 29902 Avenida de las Banderas in Rancho Santa Margarita for about $1.5 million. Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented Miller Supply.

Mohican 1152 Partners LLC bought a 21-unit apartment complex in Anaheim for $1.325 million. Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented the sellers, Mohican Properties LLC.

JH Real Estate Partners bought the 160-unit Arbors Apartments at 1100 E. Fairhaven Ave. in Santa Ana for $12.45 million. CB Richard Ellis represented both JH Real Estate and the seller, CT Realty Corp.

Western Exterminator bought a 24,000-square-foot industrial building at 305 N. Crescent Way in Anaheim for $1.6 million. Grubb & Ellis represented Western in the transaction. Crescent Way Associates, the seller, was represented by Capital Commercial.


LEASES

Applied Medical Resources Corp. leased a 95,000-square-foot office building at 22872 Avenida Empresa in Rancho Santa Margarita. The value of the lease is more than $9 million. Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented Applied Medical. The landlord, GM Empresa LLC, was represented by CB Richard Ellis.

ECompany leased an 8,891-square-foot office space at 1 Columbia in Aliso Viejo. The value of the lease is about $1.2 million. Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented eCompany. Colliers Seeley represented the landlord, Triton 88 LLC.

Corum USA Inc. leased a 23,325-square-foot of industrial space at 3 Mason in the Irvine Spectrum. The lease is valued at more than $1 million. Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented both Corum and the landlord, Tomiko Pearce.


OTHER

SunCal Cos. completed the sale of two tracts in the Serrano Heights planned community. When complete, the community will have nearly 1,100 homes in 10 neighborhoods.

L.J. Melody & Co. arranged fixed-rate financing for the 165,000-square-foot Stadium Crossings at 2125 E. Katella Ave. in Anaheim in the amount of $26.55 million.

Buchanan Street Partners completed a joint venture with a private investor and a senior bridge loan of $15.6 million for the purchase, improvement and re-tenanting of the Warner Avenue Industrial Building in Santa Ana.
