The two-story building property, which includes a mix of office and medical tenants, was 100% occupied at the time of the sale, according to real estate brokerage firm NAI Capital.
NAI Capital’s Sonya Dopp-Grech represented the seller and will continue leasing on behalf of the new buyer.
