Ensign Group Inc., a Mission Viejo-based healthcare services company, said today that it bought a nursing home in Washington.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Ensign owns nursing homes, home health businesses and hospices.
It said it bought Mountain View Rehabilitation and Care Center, an 82-bed nursing home in Marysville, Wash. Mountain View will be operated under Ensign business unit Pennant Healthcare.
The company now has 119 facilities across 11 states, 96 of which are company-owned.
Ensign shares were flat in midday trading today with a market value of about $778 million.
