Lake Forest-based InSight Health Services Corp. said on Wednesday that it plans to sell $250 million in debt in a private offering.
InSight provides diagnostic medical imaging services.
Privately held InSight said it would use proceeds to repay its existing debt along with general corporate purposes.
The company said its sales rose 11% to $78 million in the quarter ended March 31, versus a year earlier. InSight posted a loss of $2 million in the period, versus a $281,000 profit a year earlier.
