Caylent Enters In New Agreement with Amazon Web Services

The Irvine-based AWS provider hopes to enhance its AI services

Irvine-based Caylent, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Tier Services provider, announced yesterday a new Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with AWS.

The agreement increases Caylent’s investments in agentic AI—autonomous systems that proactively execute complex tasks—and in managed services and customer experience transformation through Amazon Connect, an AI-powered contact center service. Caylent plans to expand its customer engagement practice, which builds upon the recent Pronetx acquisition. The SCA also supports investment in a new class of cloud operations offerings designed for proactive resolution.

“What Caylent and AWS are building together is what enterprise AI actually looks like in production,” Chief Executive Valerie Henderson said in a statement. “Agentic systems that keep delivering value long after go-live, customer experiences that transform through Amazon Connect, and managed services that get smarter over time. This SCA is the formal expansion of more than a decade of compounding partnership. We know how to take customers from ambition to outcomes and that’s what we’re here to do.”
