Report: Microsoft and Yahoo Met to Discuss Merger

Microsoft Corp. and Yahoo Inc. met on Monday to discuss Microsoft’s takeover offer for the Internet company, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
