IN THE NEWS: Burnham-Ward Properties was also hired by the Orange County Board of Supervisors to revitalize Dana Point Harbor. Ward and his company completed a $45M parking structure at the harbor, the first major component of the revitalization.
NOTABLE: Burnham-Ward is one of three corporate partners tasked with revitalizing Dana Point Harbor as part of a $610M makeover. The other two companies are R.D. Olson Development and Bellwether Financial Group.
