Frankie Starz has joined California Bank & Trust’s Premier Wealth Management team in Orange County as Assistant Relationship Manager. A Big Sky, Montana native, Starz earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Chapman University in 2024, specializing in finance and data analytics. At Chapman, he was a quarterback, investment club member, and part of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His internship at a commercial real estate investment firm sharpened his valuation and client engagement skills. He launched his career through CB&T’s banker development program, rotating through key departments. Starz now supports high-net-worth clients with tailored financial strategies.
