Kimberly Taylor New CEO of Irvine-Based JAMS

Succeeds Chris Poole

Kimberly Taylor has been appointed CEO of Irvine-based JAMS, a private provider of alternative dispute resolution services worldwide. The appointment is effective Oct. 1.
Taylor has served as the president of JAMS since 2021, and  been a contributor to JAMS’ overall growth in the United States and abroad for over 25 years. JAMS offers mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution services.
She succeeds Chris Poole,  who steps down from the position after leading the organization for almost two decades. Poole will transition to the role of CEO emeritus and continue to work closely with the JAMS leadership team on key initiatives.
