Office Solutions Business Products & Services LLC in Yorba Linda acquired on undisclosed terms the business services division of Irvine-based Newport Stationers.
Office Solutions is an independent commercial office supplier in Southern California and among the largest women-owned businesses in Orange County. Newport Stationers provides custom stationery, wedding and party supplies at a retail store in Newport Beach.
This is Office Solutions’ sixth acquisition in 14 months, said a company news release.
The firm had companywide sales of about $42 million last year. It employs 108 locally and 127 companywide.
