The Nasdaq was up 0.8% to 5,071.58.
The yield on a 10-year Treasury bond was up 2.5% to 2.08%.
The price of gold was up 0.9% to $1,176.
TECHNOLOGY
Costa Mesa-based TTM Technologies Inc. was up 4% to $7.12 and a $707 million market cap. The printed circuit board maker is set to report results today after markets close.
RESTAURANTS
Lake Forest-based Del Taco Restaurants Inc. was down 2.6% to $12.15 and a $471 million market cap. The fast food chain is in the midst of a secondary offering of about 9% of the company by its former majority owners which is priced at $12 a share, and analysts at Piper Jaffray initiated coverage on the company today with a “neutral” rating and a $13 price target.
