TECHNOLOGY
Aliso Viejo-based chipmaker Microsemi Corp. was up 5.3% to $27.80 and a $2.6 billion market cap after it reported December quarter earnings in line with estimates.
RESTAURANTS
Costa Mesa-based El Pollo Loco Holdings Inc. was up 3% to $26.31 and a $980 million market cap on news reports it might be a takeover target.
SERVICES
Irvine-based Autobytel Inc. was up 7.5% to $10.11 and a $91 million market cap. Irvine-based Ascendiant Capital Group upgraded shares of the automotive marketing services company to “buy” and set a price target of $13. B. Riley analysts upgraded the stock to “buy” with a price target of $19, earlier this month.
