Mobix Labs Gets $3.2M TSA Deal

Irvine-based company supplies technology

Mobix Labs, Inc. said it has received a $3.2 million order for technology used in TSA airport security scanners deployed at major U.S. airports.
These systems are already in active use, with millions of passengers passing through them every day, the company said in a statement today. Mobix Labs supplies technology used within the deployed screening systems.
With this award, total program activity now exceeds $6 million, Mobix said. Revenue is expected to be recognized over the next three quarters, with shipments scheduled through Dec. 31.
Shares in Mobix were down 1.1% at 34 cents apiece in after-hours trading with a midday market cap of $36 million.
