Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc. (NYSE: SHO) was 4.3% higher to $14.60 and a $3.4 billion market cap. The Aliso Viejo-based REIT reported fourth quarter funds from operations that exceeded expectations.
RESTAURANTS
Habit Restaurants Inc. (Nasdaq: HABT) in Irvine rose 6.3% to $11.15 and a $291 million market cap. Shares in the fast casual burger chain are up 20% from a year ago.
