The bank said it may’ve been the victim of a $13.7 million fraud by a borrower who had established a $15 million line of credit. It estimated the event had no significant impact on regulatory capital ratios.

Veritone Inc. (Nasdaq: VERI) in Costa Mesa was up 10% to $16.70 and a $272 million market cap. A news report said ESPN will use the company’s artificial intelligence software to track metrics for some of its broadcasting.
