TECHNOLOGY
Netlist Inc. (NASDAQ: NLST) in Irvine was up 8.4% to 77 cents and a $54 million market cap on above-average volume. The maker of modular memory subsystems said recently it planned to sell new common shares but hasn’t priced the offering.
