Acacia Research Corp. in Newport Beach was down 4% to $7.15 and a $357 million market cap. Apple Inc. in Cupertino filed a lawsuit against the patent services company alleging it colluded with Nokia Corp. in “unfair and anticompetitive tactics,” media reports said.
HEALTHCARE
ChromaDex Corp. in Irvine was up 5% to $2.75 and a $104 million market cap on high volume. The company makes ingredients for dietary supplements, food, beverages and cosmetics.
