The technology products distributor’s pending $6 billion acquisition by a Chinese company hit a snag when the Shanghai Stock Exchange sought more information from the buyer abut financing risks and compliance associated with the acquisition.
FINANCE
Irvine-based Banc of California Inc. was up 5.3% to $20.74 and a $913 million market cap. The bank holding company yesterday reported quarterly net income of $26.5 million that exceeded Wall Street expectations and was a year-over-year increase of 70%.
