The S&P 500 was down 0.3% to 2,975.31.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.3% to 26,869.52.
Nasdaq was also down 0.7% to 8,019.23.
Crude oil fell to $55.84 a barrel.
Gold was also flat at $1,514.
The yield on a 10-Year bond fell 2.7714% to 1.684%.
HEALTHCARE
Cypress-based KushCo Holdings (OTC: KSHB) fell 38% to $1.67 a share and a $150 million market cap. KushCo, a supplier of containers and cartridges for the cannabis industry, today said it’s selling 17.2 million units at $1.75 each. The company said the gross proceeds of $30.1 million will be for working capital and other corporate purposes. Volume of 6.5 million shares was 14 times the normal daily average of the past three months.
Axonics Modulation Technologies (Nasdaq: AXNX) was down 5.8% to $27.22 a share and a $776 million market cap. The Irvine-based company is presenting results of a study of its Axonics System at urogynecological meetings in Nashville.
