San Clemente-based ICU Medical will buy Maple Grove, Minn.-based Pursuit Vascular for $75 million, plus possible earnouts in 2021.
ICU is an infusion therapy products maker; Pursuit Vascular makes a catheter cap designed to reduce the potential for blood infections in patients receiving dialysis. It’s annual revenue is about $11 million.
ICU shares (Nasdaq: ICUI) traded recently at a $3.4 billion market cap; Pursuit is privately held.
