Crisp Imaging Acquires AAA Blueprint

Says Orange-based firm dedicated to quality, customer service

Crisp Imaging, a Costa Mesa-based provider of digital print and reprographic services across the West Coast, said it acquired Orange-based AAA Blueprint & Digital Reprographics Inc. Terms weren’t disclosed.

AAA Blueprint & Digital Reprographics was founded in 1968 as a small, garage-based operation and steadily grew through two locations and four ownership changes. Doreen Valadez, who has been at the helm since 2010, was one of the original employees of Crisp Imaging.

“She really helped teach Julie and me about the business when she came on board,” said Chief Executive Gary Crisp, who founded the company with his wife Julie. “We are forever grateful for Doreen. We are honored to come full circle and welcome AAA to the Crisp Family. Their dedication to quality and customer care aligns perfectly with our values, and we are excited to build on their incredible legacy together.”
Crisp Imaging began in 2001 when Gary and Julie Crisp opened a Copy Club franchise in Orange. Crisp Imaging has grown to 26 locations, including five in Orange County.
