Anaheim Office Portfolio Deal Officially Closes

Axis campus sells for $62.5 million

A portfolio of office buildings near Angel Stadium has officially sold. Axis Anaheim, located at 2121, 2150 and 2170 Towne Centre Place, is under new ownership, with ParkTerra and JEN Partners buying the campus for $62.5 million.

The Business Journal reported in June that the 306,664-square-foot office campus was under escrow. Axis Anaheim was previously owned by The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Irvine-based Pendulum Property Partners.

CBRE’s Anthony DeLorenzo, Sammy Cemo and Bryan Johnson facilitated the sale.

“This transaction reflects the continued momentum in the Anaheim market, where quality assets like Axis stand out,” DeLorenzo said in a statement. “With a combination of stabilized income, redevelopment potential, and a prime location in the Platinum Triangle, the offering presented a rare opportunity. The seller ultimately selected a capable cash buyer who performed as promised, reinforcing the strength of the offering and execution.”

Axis Anaheim was marketed as a campus that could be redeveloped for residential uses. Future plans for the campus, however, have not yet been determined.
