Newport Beach-based Preferred Hotels & Resorts promoted four people to a senior executive team, which includes three new positions.
Ken Mastrandrea is now chief operating officer, overseeing brand development and corporate operations.
Hiren Chandiramani is now chief financial officer, to guide financial planning, activities and compliance.
Casey Ueberroth is now chief marketing officer, covering global marketing and guest loyalty programs.
Michelle Woodley is now executive vice president, with duties that include business development.
The four have been with the company for between five and 13 years. Except for the marketing slot, each role is a new position.
Preferred Chief Executive Lindsey Ueberroth cited the executives’ “invaluable expertise and strategic foresight” and said their “enhanced leadership roles” would burnish the company’s as a “top travel and hospitality brand.”
Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a hospitality sales and marketing company for about 650 properties in 85 countries.
