The Radisson Blu Anaheim officially rebranded to The Viv Hotel, Anaheim on August 1, officials announced last week.
The 326-room property is now within Marriott’s tribute portfolio. Hotel owner Portland-based BPM Real Estate Group has tapped Crescent Hotel & Resorts to manage the newly-rebranded property.
“Our job as hospitality management professionals is to bring originality as well as innovative experiences to travelers with this newly rebranded property,” Crescent Founder and Chief Executive Michael George said in a statement.
The former Radisson Blu opened in 2020 as one of four upscale Radisson properties in the U.S.
The rebrand included updates to two of the hotel’s three largest meeting rooms to meet the return of business travel, hotel officials said.
The hotel ranked No. 32 on the Business Journal’s list of largest hotels in June.
