DKN Hotels, an Irvine-based hospitality firm, has won the management contract for a new TownePlace Suites by Marriott hotel in Wildomar, California.
Development of the 102-suite property is run by another Irvine company, American Redevelopment Solutions LLC. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2027 and will be part of a mixed-use development called Baxter Village Project.
DKN has been selected to support the owners from pre-opening to ongoing hotel operations, Chief Executive Ana Almada said in a statement.
“We look forward to delivering exceptional results and introducing travelers to the warm hospitality that is a hallmark of our approach,” she added.
DKN, founded in 1984 by the Dahya family, manages 15 other hotels in California including Holiday Inn Express Newport Beach, Homewood Suites Irvine/John Wayne Airport and Beachfront Inn & Suites at Dana Point.
