Anaheim Arena Management LLC is transitioning to a new partner for its parking operations which will impact approximately 91 of the Honda Center’s parking attendants and captains, according to the latest Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) report.
The firm has selected LAZ Parking to manage its newest parking structures at the Honda Center and OCVibe when the development opens, according to a WARN letter from the company.
The parking team is currently employed by Anaheim Arena Management and has been offered employment at LAZ at the same base rate of pay and similar benefits. The employment transition is set to start as soon as Sept. 8 and last until Oct. 15.
“Our sincere hope is that this partnership will result in the creation of even more jobs in Anaheim as we open OCVibe to the public,” company officials said in the WARN letter.
