San Clemente-based cloud services provider Zumasys Inc. bought Utah-based Total Computing Solutions (TCS) on undisclosed terms.
TCS provides point-of-sale and payment processing software and will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Zumasys.
Zumasys plans a six-month integration process for TCS. That includes relocation to a new 2,200 square-foot office in Lehi in the “Silicon Slopes” region of Utah.
