The Nasdaq decreased 0.2% to 14,814.21.
The yield on a 10-year Treasury bond ticked 0.5% lower to 1.28%.
Oil was down 0.7% to $71.54 a barrel.
The price of gold dipped 0.2% to $1,799 an ounce.
TECHNOLOGY
Local technology stocks were mixed in Monday midday trading, with Irvine-based sensor maker Interlink Electronics Inc. (Nasdaq: LINK) leading gains in the sector. Shares rose 16.2% to $10.60 and a nearly $69 million market cap. Trading volume is about four times its average daily volume, while shares are up nearly 20% in the past month.
Irvine advertising software maker Viant Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: DSP) fell 9.3% to $17.47 for a market cap of $937 million. Shares in the company hit a new price low of $15.73 earlier Monday, and are down about 200% since the company went public in February.
