Foothill Ranch-based lender LoanDepot named Sudhir Nair its Chief Information and Technology Officer.
Nair has some 20 years of experience in finance and technology, including at Bank of America, Nationstar Mortgage and Washington Mutual. His focus, a statement said, has been on “enabling businesses to better understand, serve and retain their customers for life … developing [scalable] technology solutions … that drive revenue growth.”
LoanDepot has funded more than $202 billion since its 2010 founding and is the fifth largest retail mortgage lender and second largest nonbank lender in the U.S.
