Data analytics software maker Alteryx Inc. (NYSE: AYX) in Irvine said it had formed a global strategic alliance with IT services and consulting company HCL Technologies of Noida, India.
The aim is to help companies across the globe succeed in their analytics automation and digital transformation priorities. No financial terms were announced.
As part of the strategic engagement, HCL has also been named an Alteryx Elite Alliance Partner.
Alteryx shares rose 2.2% to $131.49 apiece for a market cap of $8.7 billion.
