Advantage Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: ADV) will be relocating from its headquarters in Irvine to St. Louis in the first quarter of 2024.
The sales and advertising firm plans to keep its Irvine office open as a local hub after the move. Another office is set to open in Chicago this fall, joining locations in Minneapolis, Texas, Arkansas and others.
St. Louis “will foster more frequent, in-person connections with our teammates and our brand and retail clients,” Chief Executive Dave Peacock said in a statement.
Advantage counted 1,258 employees in OC as of April and its valuation had fallen 74% compared to the year before, according to Business Journal data. Shares were down 1.6% to $3.00 apiece this morning with a market cap of $966 million.
