London-based international law firm Clyde & Co. is opening an office in Newport Beach.
The Orange County office will be headed by Joe Walsh and will focus on marine and energy markets, key practice areas of the firm.
Walsh, a maritime law industry veteran, previously served as a partner at Long Beach-based Keesal, Young & Logan.
Clyde & Co. has four other locations in the U.S.—in San Francisco, New York, New Jersey and Atlanta—as part of its global network of 36 offices and more than 1,500 attorneys.
